Adjust column width of an array

I would like to do two things with this matrix:

1- Adjust a default width of columns, do not adjust one by one through table view

2- Set a character limit for the names of the companies (those that are in the first column)

For example: instead of showing "Mapfre Paraguay Compañia de Seguros" S.A it shows "Mapfre Paraguay Compa..." (20 characters and after "...") In other words, let the name be summarized.
