Adjust color saturation intervals dynamically for a Shape Map

Hi!

I have a custom Shape Map of Georgia's counties with some county level quantitative data that in theory will update monthly. The choropleth map is great, but it's a little boring because the variable I'm measuring is skewed to be far higher in metro Atlanta than anywhere else in the state, and I'd like to know if there's any clever way I can have Power BI create the color saturation intervals of the map nonlinearly, to account for the heavy right skew and thus darken other counties outside metro ATL with relatively high values so it's easier to pick them out from the counties that really are to left of center.

***What I've tried so far: the older screenshot below doesn't reflect this, but I have already picked the divurging option and chosen the "Center" color to be a blue only a little less dark than the max blue, but that didn't help as much as I'd hoped. And I can see where I could enter values for min/center/max manually as well, but since this data will update monthly automatically, I don't want to have to go update those values every month.

TIA!

yes, you could (for example) apply a logarithmic transformation on that value and use the result for the coloring.
