I have a report that I have address and then an event layer. The address use to show and now they are not. The DO show when I use the regular map visual. But when I switch to GIS layer the plot points go away.
I saw other solutions to change the Data Category to Place, this did not work. If I make the Plume Event not visible the address still don't show up. I even changed the color of the address plots to red so they would be easy to see. But nothing shows up.
Some mentioned zooming in, this is not a solution.
Hi inglexjc ,
Regarding your question, since the visual is a third party, you can open a support ticket here.Sorry for that I can't reproduce your problem at the moment.
Here are some common solutions:
1.Update power BI desktop to the latest version
2.Clear data cache
3.Try creating a new visual, or remove the column 'Address' and put it back into the 'Location' field well.
Best Regards,
Wenbin Zhou
I've tried all that. The address's show when I'm in map view but as soon as I add GIS layer they disapear.
