Additional Overall Column to bar graph

Question

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;I would like to achieve the below, currently i have the bar graph with an average, grouped by TimeOnScholarship.How do i acheive the column, Overall Results within the same graph. Which is basically the average, but isn't being grouped by TimeOnScholarship.&nbsp;desired:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
