Additional Info on Clicks

I am using the Gant chart to create a roadmap and I want people to get more info by clicking on each section. This chart is connected to a dataverse and each of these has a description that I am hoping will show if I hover or click on the chart.  It would also work to have a text box below the chart that shows the info. I am also hoping to remove the titles on the left of each row.
