Adding webpage with maps to HTML Content custom visual in power BI report

I'm trying to embed a webpage which has outage map to the power BI report. I'm using the 'HTML Content' custom visual to embed this webpage but no luck. 

For example, below is an webpage which shows outage accross US. When I'm trying to add the below link to the 'HTML Content' custome visual, I'm getting refure to connect error.
