Adding tooltip to values of table visual

Question

I have a table visual which contains total 5 columns in which first column is for month and remaining is for 4 weeks and included 12 rows except header,

1st column = contains month and other columns contains 1st-4th week

Now I need to add tooltip for each of the cell in the table to show sale count for individual cell ,

I have followed the custom tooltip process , everything went fine

but count for individuals showing wrong count

January || 1week|| 2week||3week||4week

I have created measure but it showing total count of month thorughout each row

Please help me on this issue , Thank you all

CALCULATE (
    SUM ( TableName[SalesColumn] ),
    TableName[Month],
    VALUES ( TableName[WeekColumn] )

Thanks for the quick response , Actually I need&nbsp;individual count of the values for each count ,&nbsp;unfortunately you measure isn't working.&nbsp;
