Adding text to a filter

I have a report that I am building.  I have a few filters on it that work great.  But.  For example I can filter sales by a customer class.  So the customer classes are listed which are numeric like 10, 20, 30 etc.  Can I add some kind of text or description to this so the user can see class 10 - dealer, 20 - rental, 30 - etc.?

@mjklare maybe add a new column in the model to assign the value/description:

Class Description = 
SWITCH ( 
   Table[Class Code],
   10, "Dealer",
   20, "Rental",
   30, "Agent",
   "Other"
)
