Adding serial number column to a table visual

I have a Drill through page which contains a table visual, I want to have a serial number column in sequential order even when the filters are applied. I tried with index, rankx nothing seems to be working. If anyone knows how to deal with it, please post your suggestions. Thanks

Hey Thanks Greg for writing me back.

The table visual is a drill through page, when i drill through from the colum chart, I want to have a serial number in sequential order.
