Adding rows and allocating total for one column

Is it possible to enter rows in the query editor and enter in data manually?  In the graphic below, I'm looking to take the value of 83500 and spread it among 12 months.  The source data has the 8350...

    Hi

     

    You could use the Fill Down transformation and divide the figure with 12
