Hello,
We are currently managing multiple types of Power BI elements including Reports, Paginated Reports, Dataflows, and Datasets, which are spread across various Workspaces.
We're looking to implement a unique report code or identifier for these elements. The goal is to streamline the process for end users when they need to request changes or report issues to our BI Team. Without a unique identifier, we face potential confusion as there could be multiple reports or other elements with identical names in different workspaces.
Does anyone have any recommendations or best practices on how we could add such a unique identifier to our Power BI elements?
Thank you for your help.

Hi @AvPowerBI ,
In Power BI Service Portal, content name is unique in the same workspace, so please let end user indicates which workspace content needs to be changed.
