Adding one more column in matrix visual

You can create month column for your date . then drag your month (newly created column) to column of matrix then add your type column to see the data according to that. Kindly follow below image.

I am assuming those columns are the items inside a column. If that is so,  adding one more column will only create a hierarchy.  But not enough information given it is only an assumption. Please provide more context to your use case

You can add other fields also to the column section then you have to enable rows or columns from above

I am trying to add the "First of month" as the 1st layer in columns and then CLient Type. But when I do that, it doesnt create Hierarchy and it overrides the already existing column.

end result I want is, to have Months and CLient type, both in the columns
