Adding in a box at certain position on top of an image

I am using Image by clouscope function to add image from a website URL. I'm creating a measure using selectedvalue to call that URL . However, i want to add a box in which the box should be created at a given position for every image.

Every line item should have it's own unique image with unique box position.

This is the function i currently used for the selected value

SelectedURL = SELECTEDVALUE(DVI_RCR_IRVI_STATUS[image_view])

And the visual Image by cloudscope calling this selectedURL to display the image.
So, how do i add the unique box for each unique image?
