Adding file name & path as a column attribute

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can assist. I'm using a SharePoint folder as a data source for a report. The folder contains XLSX files that will be added to each month, e.g.:

Commercials_2019.06.xlsx

Commercials_2019.07.xlsx
Commercials_2019.08.xlsx
Commercials_2019.09.xlsx

The table of data in each XLSX is similar to the below. I'd like to be able to add a File Path column to the tables:

DocIdAuthorAuthor DepartmentFile Path
400029Jimmy JamesSales<Sharepointsite.com>\DocLibrary\CommercialReports\Commercials_2019.07.xlsx
400029Jimmy JamesSales<Sharepointsite.com>\DocLibrary\CommercialReports\Commercials_2019.07.xlsx

This would enable me to add File Path to a slicer, to slice data based on month.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

hi, @Anonymous

You could expand the context of all the xlsx, then extract month value by Split Column in edit queries.

Then use it as a slicer.
