Adding count to a table

Hello, please could you advise if there is a way to display the count of records in a table. The data that is being displayed is just text with names and addresses. I can add another column as Person...

Fowmy . Thank you for the reply. But unfortunately, that is adding a column. I want to display the count without adding a new column.

New Measure = 

Calculate ( Countrows(Table), All(Table))
