Hi all,

Maybe I am blind but I can't seem to find how to add tiles like described in this article : https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-add-a-widget-to-a-dashboard/

Could it be, that this option is not available in Power BI desktop but only online ?

Dashboards and dashboard tiles are a feature of Power BI service, not Power BI Desktop. While dashboards tiles cannot be created or pinned in Power BI mobile, they van be viewed and shared. And, in Power Bi mobile, you can add pictures to your dashboard with your iPhone app."

It's a shame that this can't be done in Power BI desktop.. Hope this will be possible in the future.

Hi all,

I have submitted an idea to add tile creation in Power BI desktop aswell, since I think it would be convenient to be able to add tiles while you are creating a dashboard in Power BI desktop.
