Adding a new Column

This is the day I knew would arrive but have been dreading:  A new column has been added to my source file.  The column is located in the middle (not the end) of the file.  This column has valuable information that I need to pull into power query so that i can use it in my reporting.   I don't want to edit my source file prior to loading it.

Can you please help?

This is fixable, but more info is needed.  Basically, you need to go to the query editor and click through each of the Applied Steps and see where you either see an error or you notice the new column is excluded.  You can modify any impacted steps and then load your data w/o having to edit your source file.

Thanks, Pat.  I've gone to query editor and have found that the new column is excluded.  How do make sure it is included?
