Adding a column

Hi, I'm having a brain slip here.   I need to add a new column to the Transform Data page and make it average the 4 areas. How do I do this? I'm not looking to get this as a measure but to build it...

    Hi RichOB ,
    You can create the column by following below steps : 
    1) go to transform page 
    2) Click on Add Column tab
    3) Choose custom column and write the formula highlighted below :
