Adding a Target Column to a Matrix

Hi All, 

Please assist. I have a matrix (screenshot below). I would like to add a target column next to each Bags Received and Bags Packed e.g. target is 500 bags received per day. This needs to change when you roll up the matrix to a month i.e. 500 x number of days in month for example and needs to do the same for Quarter an
