Adding a Row to Matrix for gross profit

Hello members.

I am creating a P&L report, from data source from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365. I want to calculate gross profit and show in matrix visual, for that I need to add row for that, as the data coming from MDBC 365 does not have separate gross profit account. Is that possible to add row to matrix visual ? I had already calculated gross profit by measures.
