Adding/Removing matrix columns based on Slicer/Filter

Dear Friends,

 

I saw solution showcase in below link

 

DXC.Technology Showcase

 

In page one, Player Details Page, there is provision to add or remove columns from the Table/Matrix. How can I achieve this functionality?

Hi @aruntd77,

 

The red section is a slicer visual, which contains the matrix column group values:

Assume you create a matrix, put [SalesTerritoryGroup] in matrix column group. You can drag this same field to slicer visual and enable the "Enable 'Select All' option", change mode to DropDown. You can see attached pbix file.

Your solution gave me a clue to achieve what I wanted. I did Unpivoting on certain columns.
