Adding Percentage to grey box when hovering over chart

Simply add your percentage value to the "tooltips" section of your selected visual.

Could you please explain how this is done?
Each visual exists of multiple input columns.
Insert your percentage value under tooltips to show it when hovering.I don'thave this option.
