Hello Power BI Community,
I've been working on a project where I connected to the Sample Super Store data Excel as a data source and created a table. However, I'm facing a challenge with pagination. I need to set the page size dynamically and add page numbers to the table without using the pagination option already available in Power BI.
The reason for this requirement is that my actual real-time project involves tables with 30-40+ calculated columns, and I need a more customized approach for pagination.
I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to achieve dynamic page size and page numbers in Power BI tables.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Manoj Prabhakar
Hi @manoj_0911 ,
Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Open the report in Power BI Report Builder.
2.Navigate to the Report Data pane.
3.Drag the Page Number field from the Report pane to the report header.
4.You can also view the following link to learn about how to display page numbers.

Hi ,
What do you mean dynamic page size? you want the report page to increase based on the number of records?
Page and visualizations sizes cannot be dynamic, what you can do is to create a pagination for the table view for example:
