Add working days to a Date

Thanks for your post this is working for me. I have one mre concern if i need to add multiple work days based on the condition then how to add it.

Sorry to say this, this i have implemented and it is working only for few data and for remaining it is showing one day less interms of working days. Could you pls help me on this topic.
