Add weight column in Matrix

Hi all

I have a matrix visual in power bi desktop which looks like this (see below).

Instead of total I would like to see for SalesPerson 1 what the weight (%) is of his visits he has spend on INST EXISTANT in the line of INST EXISTANT. And for Client 2 I would like to see what the weight (%) of SalesPerson 1 his visits to client 2 is of compared to all his visits to INST INDIRECT in the line Client 2.

On the line of INST INDIRECT I would like to see the weight of SalesPerson 1 his visits to INST INDIRECT compared to the sum of all his visits.

So not every line would follow the exact same calculation. It will depend on the level on which I am looking.

So basically I would like to change my total column with respective weights (%) or I would like to add a column which shows respective weights as explained above. 

I tried to create a measure but this only shows the weight on the level of SalesPerson 1 so it only showed the weight of SalesPerson 1 or any other line compared to the sum of all the visits of all salesmen together.
