How could you add a sparklines into the table as shown in the sample pbix file. In order to show the trend for the data over the period.

You may try to use ‘Power KPI Matrix ’ visual from marketplace.
Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Find Power KPI Matrix by selecting Get more Visuals of Visualizations
2. Enter the power query through Transform data, select the Index column, and then Transform-Unpivot Columns-Unpivot Other Columns to form a pivot table
New Table:
3. Open Power KPI Matrix, place [Attribute] to Date, [Value] to Actual Value, and Index to Row-based Metric Name
4. Result.

Unpivot the columns using Power Query.
Select all the columns except Index column and use unpivot.
