Add reference layer of elevation information and plot point data over it
@Tejassg have you looked at the ArcGIS map? I have to believe it has built-in elevation. See image below. Otherwise, can you publish a sample of the data you are getting from JSON? That said, you're still not sure that any other map visuals will give you what you want other than ArcGIS.

Looks like this is the only solution. The reason why this doesn't work for me is due to difference in the account type of Power BI and ArcGIS. I need to use organization's account (same as PBI). Also, my personal ArcGIS account won't work.
A workaround could be as mentioned in the link below:
Since I am not R user, this is not possible at this moment. But thought to add this link so that it will be helpful for other users who know R.
