Add quantities from one table and running total from another by category

I need to create a calculated measure to add the quantities from table1 column RESULT_STATE and ADD a  Running total from table2 column COUNT_PART_PROCESSES by AREA and reflect the sum in the OUTPUT_CALCULATED column in Table1, please help!

    Please provide sample data in usable format (not as a picture) and show the expected outcome.

    Hi Anonymous 

    Can you share some dummy data to help us understand your requirement more clearly? If RESULT_STATE and COUNT_PART_PROCESSED are measures, maybe you can add them together directly? And I don't see date in your picture.
