Add horizontal bar and vertical Line chart in Power BI using Python

Hi,

I would like to create a horizontal bar and Vertical Line chart in Power BI. But it seems that there are no options to create one in Power BI but also came across that it can't be implemented in Python. I am not into coding, If I can get hold of code I can implement it. Could anyone assist me in this.
