Add filter to DAX measure

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

since I cannot filter by measure in the visuals so I'm trying to update the above measure to give me output of % of the ETC this year per strategy theme from total ETC this year within duration (0-1 year..Short Term)
(1-2 year...Mid Term)
(above 2 years... Long Term)
