Could you please tell me how to add filter on columm header in Paginated report? Just like an Excel where we can add filter on a spreadsheet header.

As far as I know field parameter is supported in Power BI Desktop currently. However, this is not simple in Paginated report. Here I suggest you to refer to below blog to learn more details.
