Add filter in Manage Role Section

Hi ,

I need to add afilter in Manage Role for the below conditions 

memoid is equal to User1, User2  and all users like 'COGN%'

I tried adding 

MEMOID="User1" || MEMOID ="User2"

the above works .. I also need to add the last condition . Please let me know how to add Like
