Add extra row to matrix visual

Hi,

I have a query which lists below questions and answers:

UserId	Date	Question key	Answer
10001	20-6-2024	Select which side effects you are experiencing	OK
10001	20-6-2024	Joint pain	true
10001	20-6-2024	Fatigue	false
10001	20-6-2024	Skin rash	true
10001	20-6-2024	Multiple instances of dizziness	false
10001	20-6-2024	Feeling feverish	false
10001	20-6-2024	Diarrhea	false
10001	20-6-2024	Lack of appetite	false
10001	20-6-2024	Shortness of breath	false
10001	21-6-2024	Select which side effects you are experiencing	OK
10001	21-6-2024	Joint pain	false
10001	21-6-2024	Fatigue	false
10001	21-6-2024	Skin rash	false
10001	21-6-2024	Multiple instances of dizziness	false
10001	21-6-2024	Feeling feverish	false
10001	21-6-2024	Diarrhea	false
10001	21-6-2024	Lack of appetite	false
10001	21-6-2024	Shortness of breath	false
etc	etc	etc	etc

As you can see the user answers "Joint pain" & "Skin rash" as side effect he/she is experiencing on day 20-6.

On day 21-6 the same user experiences no side effects.

I want to create a matrix visual like this:

But the option "None of the above side effects" is not a question so it won't appear in the records.

Do you have a solution for this?

@govi , We usually add the extra value to the dimension table and force a different calculation for that value.

I have done it using the extra table here, but the same can be forced on the dimension table
