Add different goal to different visual

Hi , there is a way that i can set different goal to different visual ? or in the same visual.

I ahve create a simple sample,please refer to it to see if it helps you.

Create 2 measures.

mechanic=0.7

Electrician=0.6

If it does not help, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information (or some sample data) .

i create a measure as you send me

But because I present on the same visual
Both electricians and mechanics
This presents both of them with the same target..
