Add column
Hello,
I want to add condtional column to add target value with time period.

I have no idea what your requirement is. If the screenshot reflects on the expected result, then you also have to describe the source data as well, next to that the rule to create the value for the conditional column is missing. Are you looking for a solution that is creating the column using DAX or Power Query?.

If the article does not help, you have to describe the input, the expected output, and the rule how the value in the new column is derived from the existing data.
