Add column with filtered value -1

Hello

I have a request with a value filtered by a year (ex: 2017) and i would like to have automaically the value filtered by the year -1 (ex:2016)

VAR __BASELINE_VALUE = CALCULATE(SUM('Requête2'[amount]); 'Requête2'[Year] IN { "2018" })
VAR __MEASURE_VALUE = SUM('Requête2'[amount])
RETURN
	IF(NOT ISBLANK(__MEASURE_VALUE); __BASELINE_VALUE)

I found how to have a static value .

Please can you help me?
