    Measure = MAX(Sheet1[New York]) + MAX(Sheet1[Washington])

Reimer ,

TRy adding the all columns like below:

Total Salary Measure = Sum(Table[ColumnA])+Sum(Table[ColumnB])+Sum(Table[ColumnC])
