Add changed records to table with incremental refresh instead of updating the existing record

Hello,

I am using frequently updating big datasets via incremental refresh. In a new project however, I have not found a solution to generate the follwing result:

1) I am extracting various objects from SFDC. Trigger for incremental update is the last modification date of the record.

2) In order to be able to track the change history of the object I need to add the changed record to the table instead of updating the existing record.

Using the SFDC history insetad will not work since the "LastDateModified" cannot be tracked in the field history

Any ideas how to get this solved?
