Add % change column to matrix viz based on column position

How do I add a % change and a $ difference column to a matrix based on the position of columns to the left?  For example I have a matrix shown in white in Figure 1 below.  I want to add the $ difference and % change as shown in the green columns below.  I have many many metrics & years so I can't develop a custom measure for each matrix to calculate the specific difference between specific years and specific measures (such as Net Revenue, Payroll, Expenses, Taxes etc...).  I simply want to be able to always show the change between columns 4 & 3 and 4 & 2 as shown in green below that I'm trying to add.  The yellow highlight in Figure 1 shows the simple formulas for the columns to add.  I show an example of my query data structure at the bottom in Figure 2.  I've searched and quite a bit and don't see any easy solution.

Many thanks!

According to my knowledge, I'm afraid that it couldn't be achieved to add a custom in matrix viz based on column position in power bi for now.

You may only develop a custom measure for each matrix to calculate the specific difference between specific years and specific measures.
