Hi Analitika ,

 

Yes, you can.

 

This is my test table:

 

Create several columns:

0-10 = IF('Table'[Value] <= 10,'Table'[Value])

11-50 = IF('Table'[Value] >10 && 'Table'[Value] <= 50,'Table'[Value])

51-70 = IF('Table'[Value] >50 && 'Table'[Value] <= 70,'Table'[Value])

 

Create a matrix visual:
