Add automatically new columns

I want a table that adds automatically new dates as columns. Always the same rows.

Do you know if it is possible?

For instance, always the same 4 metrics as rows but adding yesterday' values.

13/2:

Rows: Time, #, Speed

Columns: 10/2.11/2,12/2

14/2:

Rows: Time, #, Speed

Columns: 10/2.11/2,12/2,13/2

15/2:

Rows: Time, #, Speed

Columns: 10/2.11/2,12/2,13/2,14/2

As far as i know, there is no better way to achieve that.
