I wanted to check if i can add the green/red arrow as the conditional formatting for a card visual?
I know we can do that for a table but a card visual is more cleaner and i wanted to check if that functionality is possible for a card visual?

As per my knowledge there is no built-in way. Yes, it is possible.
Simple way: copy up arrow or down arrow from Word, ↓, ↑, and add it to a new measure and use it as overlay on top of KPI card.
