Add Postal ZIP Code; Need Longitude & Latitude

In my data model, I have a field for Postal ZIP Code.
What is the best method to add two additional fields for longitude/latitude?

You might want to find a database having the link between ZIP Code and Lat/Lon
Depending of your country there's open data on some website
