Hi all,
I'm trying to build a matrix which displays the sum of values monthwise, with the current month labeled as "MTD".
This MTD column should give me the value for the current month, regardless of what one selects in the date slicer.
For example:
This matrix should always have a column "MTD" which displays the values for current month no matter what the date is sliced to.
For example, in the image below, if I select the date till 5/31/23, the MTD column should still exist and display the June values.
Is this at all possible?
I'm attaching the sample .pbix file for reference here
Thanks!

Hi @Ahmedx,
This is exactly what I was looking for.
I'm fairly new to DAX. Could you help me understand the DAX you've used to achieve this?
I'd really appreciate it!
Thank you so much!
