Add Image into Power BI Report Builder from Power BI dataset connection

Hi all,

I am building a report in Power BI Report Builder with a Power BI dataset connection.

In the dataset i am connecting to a sharepoint folder to bring a list of project names and their associated image. All works fine in power bi desktop but in report builder i cannot make the image show.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you,

Ioana

By Power BI Report Builder, do you mean Power BI Desktop?

Have you tried the custom visuals? There are a few that will display images. Simple Image is good - I've used it. To get to custom visuals,

  1. select the ellipses under the other visuals in the Visualzation pane
  2. Get more visuals

Then search for what you want.

If that is not what you are asking, please give us some more details. Thanks.

DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling

My issue is in Power BI Report Builder, not in the Desktop version. There i can bring the image path and set it as image URL, it works.

Thank you
