Add DRAFT watermark in Power BI report based on status of report

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask is there a way to add a "Draft" watermark in Power BI report based on whether the report is endoresed/ certified I have done some research, but all of them covered how to add watermark in the reports without imposing any conditions. 

i.e. Add "Draft" watermark to report that is neither certified nor endorsed

Do not add watermark if the report is either certified or endorsed

@ahmchiu , I doubt we can check if the report is certified. so watermarking would be a manual effort. Adding an image in the backgronud
