Add Column based on cell index

Hi Group

I need help with this .. My data looks like below table "Column1" & "Column2".

I want to create new column in Powerbi called "Result".

This colum should have Column1 value as shown in the Result column in below table..

Try the Fill Down transformation in Power Query. I'ts on the Transform ribbon
