Add 2 rows to matrix

Hi,

As you can see in the picture below i have my article numbers on the left as a row. With this article number a description belongs with it. I want to have a second row for the description next to my article numbers. If i add this to row it will add the description with a + sign (second picture). I want to have it as a seperate row.

Thanks for your reply. I can't use table visual beceause i am using the matrix to seperate my values in different groups
