Actual Vs Target Visual by Week

Hi,     I'm looking for a visual to achieve the below result.  I tried differnt in-built and market place visuals but didn't work out.  Can you please suggest how I can acheive this?     ...

    I finally managed to achieve this using Bullet Chart and slicer for weeks.  Thought of sharing the same as it might be useful for others.

v-jiascu-msft,  Thank you for your response!  I believe the above requirement (to have both actual / target and weeks in axis) is not technically possible.  I came close to what I need with the Bullet chart (1.8.1) with the exception of weeks.

 

This is the dataset for the chart.  Let me know if there is anyway to bring in the time / week into the chart.
