Active clients not charged Power bi

Hi need help to find Active Clients which are not charged in particular week. i am attaching  data and in data i have mentioned each table on separate sheet, Client sheet is for Client Table and Charge Sheet is for Charges table and  3rd sheet is for expected output.

Charges table only holds those clients which are charged.

    Try this MEASURE as a visual filter for Client Table.

    Please see attached file as well

     

    Measure =
IF (
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Client[Name] )
        IN EXCEPT ( VALUES ( Client[Name] ), VALUES ( Charges[Client Name] ) ),
    1,
    0
)

      Thanks Zubair, i am facing another issue with previous solution basically i also have start date in clinet table so i want to show only those records which have week of start date should be before or equal to week and year selected in slicer. Zubair_Muhammad
